Dr. Cheryl B. Schrader is the 21st leader in Missouri S&T’s nearly 150-year history and one of the few female engineers to ascend to the top leadership position of a college or university in the United States.

The Provost's office is responsible for all aspects of teaching, research and service at Missouri S&T. This includes oversight of all academic programs, graduate and undergraduate studies, sponsored programs, enrollment management, Curtis Laws Wilson Library, information technology, and institutional research and assessment.

Finance and Administration

The Finance and Administration division is responsible for the university’s budgeting, planning, business operations and environmental management functions. Grounds, maintenance and physical plant operations and university police are also included within the division.

Global and Strategic Partnerships

Vice Chancellor, Global and Strategic Partnerships

The Global and Strategic Partnerships office oversees Missouri S&T’s global learning, international and cultural affairs and corporate relations. The office develops faculty, student, research and exchange relationships with select international universities. It gives students a variety of ways to complete online courses and degrees, and provides industrial and government partners access to exceptional research, solutions and renowned expertise and services.

The Human Resources, Equity and Inclusion division is responsible for the overall strategic direction of all aspects of human resources, equal opportunity, diversity initiatives, and Title IX initiatives on the Missouri S&T campus. This includes faculty and staff recruiting, professional and organizational development, Employee Assistance Program, campus administration of payroll and benefits, campus administration of the union contract, staff performance management, equal employment and affirmative action, and coordination of campus diversity and inclusion efforts.
