Cross Country

Team Sport

Each team is allowed 2 runners, and the combined places will be added together.

The course layout is available at the Recreational Center. The race is at UMR's Golf Course.

INTRAMURAL POINTS FOR CROSS COUNTRY:

MEN

Cross Country is considered an individual sport. The 1st place team will receive 105 points. The point spread is 3 points so therefore the second place team would receive 102, the third place team 99 and so on. You will receive a higher place if you have two runners. If a team only has one runner they will be given a lower place than the teams who had two runners (the maximum number that can participate for points per team).

WOMEN

Women's scoring begins at 36 for first place in individual sports with a three point spread.
