Effective July 1, 2019, the Department of Education published a final rule rescinding the Gainful Employment (GE) regulations (2014 Rule).  This rescission is effective July 1, 2020.  However, the department has given institutions the authority to implement the rescission early.  Missouri S&T division of Enrollment Management has made the descision to utilize "early implementation" effective July 3, 2019.  The following disclosure information is based on the data from the 2017-2018 school year (defined as the period between July 1, 2017, and June 20, 2018).
